1. Eligibility & Prerequisites

  • You must be 18+ and be an advanced practitioner in aesthetic practice, a medical professional, or a beauty therapist (minimum Level 3).

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the entry requirements for this course before enrolling.

  • We may request proof of qualification and valid practitioner insurance prior to training.

  • EndoFuze Ltd reserves the right to decline enrolment if your professional background does not meet minimum standards or if submitted evidence is incomplete or unsatisfactory.

2. Course Fees, Payment Terms & Instalment Plans

  • Accepted payment methods: Stripe, bank transfer, or approved external finance.

In-House Instalment Plan (Machine Bundle Only):

Booking your place signifies full acceptance of these terms and your legal obligation to complete payment in full.

3. Cooling-Off Period & Refund Policy

You have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period from the date of booking. You may request a full refund only if you have not accessed any part of the course.

Course access includes:

  • Logging into any online platform

  • Downloading/viewing course documents

  • Attending a Zoom or in-person session

  • Receiving machine delivery (where applicable)

Once access has begun — including receiving digital files or starting the onboarding process — the service is considered "initiated" under UK consumer law, and your right to a refund is waived.
After 14 days, no refunds are granted for any reason, including changes in schedule, illness, or personal circumstances.

4. Course Format & Attendance Requirements

  • EndoFuze™ training is delivered over two full in-person days.

  • Monthly training dates are released in advance and must be booked by students.

  • Attendance on both days is compulsory to be eligible for certification.

  • Pre-course materials, scheduling details, and access to theory will be sent via email in advance.

  •

5. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows

  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of your training date result in the full fee being retained.

  • You may reschedule your place once, provided a minimum of 14 days’ notice is given. Additional reschedule requests incur a £50 admin fee.

Late arrivals (15+ minutes) or no-shows will result in automatic removal from the course with no refund or reschedule.

EndoFuze Ltd reserves the right to reschedule training at any time and without prior notice for the following (but not limited to) reasons:

  • Tutor illness or medical emergency

  • Equipment malfunction or safety concerns

  • Venue unavailability or emergency closure

  • Severe weather, transport disruption, or public health alerts

In such cases, students will be offered the next available training date. If no suitable date is available within 90 days, a credit or partial refund may be considered at EndoFuze Ltd’s discretion.
