Risks, Side Effects & Adverse Events
EndoFuze™ is a minimally invasive fibre-laser procedure. Although generally safe and well tolerated, the following risks and side effects may occur:
Common Side Effects:
-
Redness, swelling, and bruising
-
Numbness, tingling, tightness or firmness
-
Mild to moderate discomfort during or after treatment
-
Temporary asymmetry due to post-procedure swelling
-
Localised irritation, itching or tenderness
Less Common or Rare Risks:
-
Mild superficial burns, scabbing or blisters
-
Temporary hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation
-
Delayed healing or prolonged skin sensitivity
-
Minor entry-point scarring
-
Localised infection (rare but possible)
-
Fat liquefaction-related swelling or inflammatory response
Important: Although rare, adverse responses or prolonged downtime may occur depending on individual healing and adherence to aftercare. We will always aim to minimise risk, but no treatment is without potential complications.

Aftercare Instructions
You will be provided with detailed written and verbal post-treatment care instructions. It is your responsibility to follow these to ensure optimal results and minimise risk:
-
Do not touch or apply makeup to the treated area for 24 hours
-
Avoid sunbeds, direct sun exposure, heat treatments, saunas or steam rooms for 7 days
-
Only use the aftercare products recommended or prescribed to you
-
Avoid alcohol and high-intensity exercise for 48 hours
-
Sleep with your head slightly elevated for 48 hours (if face or neck treated)
-
Do not schedule any further aesthetic treatments in the treated area for 14 days
Failure to follow these guidelines increases the risk of infection, delayed healing, and poor results. You accept responsibility for any complications resulting from deviation from aftercare advice.

Results, Expectations & Follow-Up
-
You understand that results vary based on age, skin quality, health, hydration, smoking status, and lifestyle.
-
No guarantee can be made regarding the exact degree of tightening, lifting, or rejuvenation.
-
While many clients see improvement after 1 session, 2–3 sessions may be required depending on individual goals.
-
Optimal results continue to develop for 3 to 6 months as collagen regenerates and fat metabolises.
-
A follow-up review may be offered at 4–6 weeks to assess progress.
Booking Fees, Payments & Cancellations
-
A £100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your treatment. This fee is deducted from the final cost.
-
Remaining balance is due on the day of treatment, prior to the procedure.
-
Payment methods accepted: card or bank transfer.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
-
To reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Short-notice changes or cancellations may result in the loss of your booking fee.
-
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and booking fee.
-
No refunds are provided for missed appointments, no-shows, or completed procedures.
EndoFuze Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at any time due to:
-
Practitioner illness or emergency
-
Equipment failure or safety concerns
-
Adverse weather or travel disruption
-
Any other unforeseeable operational issue
In such cases, you will be offered the next available appointment.

Consent, Photography & Clinical Documentation
-
A treatment-specific consent form must be signed on the day of treatment.
-
Clinical photography is a legal and professional requirement and forms part of your treatment record.
-
With your explicit signed consent, photos may be used for marketing, case studies, or training purposes.
-
No identifying features (e.g. eyes, tattoos) will be shared unless agreed in writing.
